Have questions about the live recording, ticket purchases, or booking inquiries? We’ve answered some of the most common questions below to help make your experience smooth and enjoyable.
Tickets can be purchased directly through our website. Go to event page. Simply select the event and then select your preferred ticket type, complete checkout, and your digital ticket will be sent to your email.
No physical ticket is required. After purchase, you will receive a digital ticket with a QR code by email. You may print it or show it on your phone at check-in.

Tickets may be available on the day of the event if seats remain. However, we strongly encourage purchasing in advance, as seating is limited.
No, printing is optional. You may show your ticket QR code on your mobile device at the entrance.
