Ticket Sales Policy
All ticket purchases for live recording events are final unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of event planning and limited seating, tickets are non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
- The event is canceled by the organizer
- The event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date
- A duplicate payment was made in error
If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of personal plans
- Late arrival or missed attendance
- Failure to attend the event
- Incorrect ticket selection after purchase
Please review ticket details carefully before completing your purchase.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please ensure the new attendee has the ticket QR code for entry.
Event Changes
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to:
- Event schedule
- Seating arrangements
- Program details
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
Merchandise Returns (If Selling Later)
If physical products such as merchandise or books are sold, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
